Lucy Thompson – Show Jumping and Cross Country

Lucy had great success at all levels becoming a triple gold medalist and representing Ireland as a senior. She became Open European Three Day Event Champion  1995 - 1997. Lucy competed at Badminton nine times with her best placing of 8th and never being out of the top 20. She was awarded the Armada Dish for successfully completing on 5 separate occasions.  Lucy has now gone on to be a highly successful and well regarded BEandEHOA trainer and will be available at Littleton for SJ and XC clinics.

Gemma Tattersall – Cross Country

Having represented Great Britain successfully at Young Rider level, Gemma is now becoming one to watch in senior level eventing. 2010 was her best year to date with consistently good results at top level culminating in her becoming U25 National Champion. Her top horse, Kings Gem, is ranked 15th in the world which makes them serious contenders for the Senior British Team. As one of few riders selected for the world class development programme, Gemma has benefited from 9 years exposure to top class trainers. She is now able to draw on this experience to teach others and is becoming a very popular trainer for both show jumping and cross country.

Ernest Dillon – Show Jumping

Ernest is a Fellow of the BHS and an accredited coach with both the BSJA and BE. He is one of Britain's leading show jumping coaches with regular engagements throughout the UK and USA. Ernest will be teaching at Littleton on a monthly basis.

Nick Gauntlett – Cross Country

Nick is currently ranked 19th in the world and is on course for selection to the Senior British Eventing Team. Representing Britain in 2012 is the ultimate prize for his drive, determination and talent.  His stables are full of future stars at various stages of their education, from yearlings to Advanced/4*; four of the horses are currently on the Olympic Pathway list. Nick's training is well respected, both with horses and students with both successfully competing at senior levels. Nick is a trainer with a with a wealth of experience and prides himself on been quick to pick up on areas for improvement, teaching what he see's and delivering a session aimed at the individual rider. Nick is a BE accredited trainer and also a BHSI.

Sacha Pemble – Cross Country

Irish International Event Rider Sacha Pemble has completed the rare achievement of winning at CCI*, CCI** and CCI*** levels at Punchestown, Hartpury and Chepstow as well as securing impressive CCI**** placings including a 9th and 10th place at Luhmuhlen and 16th at Burghley.  Sacha was Ireland's reserve for the 2008 Bejing Olympics and represented Ireland at the 2009 European Three Day Eventing Championships.

Jon Pitts – Fit To Ride

Fit to Ride is the brand new initiative for riders of all abilities by Jon Pitts. It takes innovative methods proven through tireless research previously available only to elite riders and “blows the cover” on the traditional understanding of riding horses and teaching methods. For the first time equestrians can find out what is happening to their bodies when they get on a horse and gain a much greater insight into how to improve. The training programs are a complete revelation and will allow you to not only improve your riding skills but also boost your safety and confidence. Jon has worked extensively in equestrian sports over the past 10 years.
